Route 3 - Newcastle to Edinburgh (Direct Route)
Berwick - Border Traffic Services
Depot located on the North Road IE, just off the A1 on the northern outskirts of Berwick.
Grantshouse (Cockburnspath) - Drysdale Freight
From the A1 northbound, about 3 miles north of Grantshouse and just before end of the dual carriageway, turn left into Tower Farm and then immediately right. Depot ahead and to rear of buildings.
Seacliff - Seacliff Haulage
From Drysdale continue on A1 northbound, to the roundabout junction of A1/A199/A1087 near Dunbar. Follow A199 East Linton to its junction with A198. Follow A198 through Tyninghame to Whitekirk, turn sharp right and follow to row of cottages on left. Turn right at huge wrought iron sign opposite. Follow lane to sharp left bend over stream and follow wall on your right. At end of wall turn right and depot in farm up track. Some vehicles may be behind barns on right (wash bay).
Drem - Andrew Black
From Seacliff continue on track, through village, for about 2 miles to rejoin A198 North Berwick. Continue on A198 through North Berwick and shortly after passing Dirleton Castle turn left onto B1345 past Mushroom Farm and take next right. Depot at top of track on left opposite large wall and at large buff coloured former aircraft hangar.
Tranent - R. Flynn
From Black continue on B1345 to Drem Station and turn right onto B1377 to rejoin A198 at Longniddry. Continue on A198 to Tranent and follow into town. At town centre T-junction turn right to traffic lights. Turn left then immediately right and depot on left.
Dalkeith - Neil Williams
Return A1 Northbound to the A720 (Edinburgh City bypass) and follow to junction with A68 Dalkeith (Sherriffhall roundabout). Follow A68 through Dalkeith. On outskirts turn right on to B6468 and follow Mayfield IE. Through roundabout to T-junction, turn right then left. Depot on right in IE. HQ and another site further along on left.
