Sunshine at John Mitchell

Saturday 11th April saw the first John Mitchell open day of 2009 being held at their Grangemouth depot. The sun was out and a fair number of haulage enthusiasts took the chance to visit and photograph the Mitchell fleet.
A large number of vehicles were at home with examples of all the liveries carried being present. An up-to-date fleet list was handed out to visitors on arrival, along with a free prize draw slip, with the chance to win a Corgi 'Roadscene' model of one of Mitchell's Mercedes artics.
The second open day will be held on Saturday 1st August, the morning of Truckfest Scotland weekend. Our thanks go to all at John Mitchell for holding these open days and allowing us all to visit.
